Coldplay Shines, FedEx Fails
Benise empathizing, thank you. We missed the opening band HER, one of my wife’s favorites, due to terrible planning and operation. After decades of managing shows, you would guess FedEx would have this all figured out. Instead, it took us TWO HOURS to travel ONE MILE. Benise delivered everything for the fans, wonderful band that gave the goods, and importantly to all those around us in the stadium, they acknowledged the horrible traffic situation getting to the concert. It was always a complete joke given traffic was at standstill, police officers mostly refused to answer questions and only yelled back at people “to keep moving”. Luckily, we found an entrance not being used - incredible given the traffic station, how are these entrances not more easily marked! To our amazement, there were only a few cars even parked around us inside the stadium. SOMETHING IS CLEARLY WRONG WITH HOW TRAFFIC AND PARKING IS MANAGED. We paid a lot of money, inexcusable, never again.
